Terms & Conditions

Quotes & Variations

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Additional work requested after the quote is accepted will be charged as a variation.

  • Variations may affect completion time and final cost.

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur recovery costs.

Existing Damage

Sarvari Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, rot, water damage, structural issues, termite damage, or deterioration discovered during works.

Repairs

  • Repairs are intended to improve the affected area and may not restore the item to original or "as new" condition.

  • No guarantee that surrounding materials will not continue to deteriorate due to age, moisture, movement, or previous repairs.

Painting

  • Colour variations may occur between existing and newly painted surfaces.

  • Full repainting may be required to achieve a uniform finish.

Tiling & Paving

  • Natural variations in tile colour, pattern and texture are normal.

  • Minor lippage and shade variation within industry tolerances are acceptable.

Weather Delays

  • Completion dates are estimates only and may be affected by weather, material availability, site access or unforeseen circumstances.

Access

  • Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the work area.

  • Additional charges may apply where access restrictions increase labour requirements.

Warranty

  • Workmanship warranty applies only to the specific work completed by Sarvari Services.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, impact damage, water ingress from unrelated sources, movement of structures, normal wear and tear, or customer-supplied materials.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarvari Services' liability is limited to rectification of the affected work or the value of the work performed.

  • Sarvari Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
